If the Firstbeat Life license code is not accepted or entering the code fails, check these troubleshooting steps:
Is your license code valid?
Firstbeat Life license code is valid for 30 days since the license is granted, after that the license can't be activated. If your license has expired, please contact the service provider who activated the Firstbeat Life service for you.
Update the app to the latest version
Abort the activation process and close the app. Open App Store or GooglePlay Store and check if there are any updates available for the Firstbeat Life app. Update the app to the latest version if an update is available.
After this reopen the app and go to Profile ⟶ Settings ⟶ Subscription ⟶ Activate license. Enter your license code here and press Activate.
Log out and try again
If updating the app didn't help and the license still won't activate, try logging out from the app, then back and and try activating the app by hand.
Log out by selecting Profile ⟶ Settings ⟶ (scroll to the end of the page) ⟶ Sign out. Then sign back in and go to Profile ⟶ Settings ⟶ Subscription ⟶ Activate license. Enter your license code here and press Activate.
Have you already used the license code
The license code works only once. So, check if you have already used with for example with some other email address. If you've registered once with your work email, the license code is automatically identified and hence used, and you don't have to do it by hand by entering the license code. Thus, if you are trying to activate the license with some other email address, it won't work anymore as it's been used already.
