You cannot order a measurement device when the Order button is not active and cannot be pressed. Check these points to resolve the issue:
The latest version of the application is not installed
Make sure you have the latest version of Firstbeat Life app installed. You can check this in the app store on your phone. Please install any updates to the application first, and then try ordering the device again.
An order form field is left blank
Fill in your information carefully and check that it is correct. For example, a zip code or city may be missing from the form. Fill in the form with all the requested information.
If the Order button is still not active, try clearing the phone number field completely and re-entering your phone number from the beginning. Then fill in the rest of the address information.
