In some problematic cases it might be necessary to get deeper information from the Firstbeat Life application. This is obtained from the app's log files.
As a default, the app writes log files. If additional details are required to troubleshoot the problem, Firstbeat Support may ask you to send the saved files.
Open Firstbeat Life app and go to Profile menu and open Settings -tab
Next, select Privacy
Then press View logs. Log files are named based on the date, for example 20-09-18.log.
Open the log file by pressing the arrow icon on the far right.
Once the log file is open, you can send the log via email to Firstbeat Support by pressing the black Send button from the top right corner of the log file.
You will get more details about the problem once Firstbeat's technical team has inspected the logs.
