In some problematic cases it might be necessary to get deeper information from the Firstbeat Life application. This is obtained from the app's log files.
As a default, the app writes log files. If additional details are required to troubleshoot the problem, Firstbeat Support may ask you to send the saved files.
Open Firstbeat Life app and go to Profile menu and open Settings -tab and select Privacy.
Check that Write log to file is set on. Scroll down the page to find View logs and press it to open the log file list.
Log files are named based on the date, for example 21-05-21.log
Send the log file to Firstbeat Support by pressing the Send-button (box with an arrow pointin up) from the far right on the log file's row. After that follow your phone's guidance to send the file.
You will get more details about the problem once Firstbeat's technical team has inspected the logs.
