Preparing the measurement fails
This error happens because the phone is not properly connected to the measurement device, or the connection is lost for some reason. A new measurement can't be started until the device has been reset and device paired again.
Open your phone's Bluetooth menu and remove the device connection from there. After this do not press the device from the phone's Bluetooth devices' list but instead open the Firstbeat Life app and go to Profile ⟶ Profile status ⟶ Measurement device settings. The app should now guide you how to reset the device and fix the pairing.
After this try starting a new measurement.
