Measurement device order

Firstbeat Life -measurement device is ordered straight from the Firstbeat Life -application. Every user orders the device only for themselves, one can't place the order on somebody else's behalf.

Once the license has been activated the application automatically guides you to order the device.

It is also possible to order the device from Profile tab by selecting Settings ⟶ Subscriptions ⟶ Order measurement device.

You can check your device order information from Your device orders in the Subscriptions tab after you've ordered the device.

If you can't find a button for the device order, it could be that you don't have a suitable license. You will also need a Starter Pack license to place the device order. Please contact the service provider who sold you the Firstbeat License in order to get also the Starter Pack license.
