How to release the pairing of the measuring device

In case you need to return your device, change it to a new one, or there is a problem that requires you to pair the device again, you first need to unpair the device from the Firstbeat Life app.

First open your app and go to Profile ⟶ Profile status ⟶ Measurement device paired

Press Release pairing to start. 

Releasing the pairing might take a few moments. Don't close the application while the process is on-going.

When the pairing is successfully released the app will take you back to the Profile status view. 

After releasing the pairing you might need to remove it also from your phone's Bluetooth settings, especially with iOS devices. Check you phone's own user guide how to do this.
