If Firstbeat Life application is showing an error message during the synchronisation phase of the measurement please try the following steps:
1. Try to sync the measurement again
2. Log out from the application
3. Shut your phone entirely for at least 30 seconds, restart the phone and try syncing again.
4. Remove the Firstbeat Life app from your phone and reinstall it through the application store.
If the synchronisation will not work despite these actions, it might be that the measurement device needs to be paired again with the application which will unfortunately clear the device memory and the measurement will be lost. In case of re-pairing the device please follow these instructions:

Note! Please don't pair the measurement device with another mobile phone before the measurement has synced, since the measurement will be lost if the device is paired again.
